Renovation of an old car dealership pre-engineered metal building into a modern training facility for professional and upcoming baseball players. Working within a limited budget and with a very constricted site, we were able to plan for a 2-phase construction to get the business operational and then to build an additional to allow for expansion. A new brick facade was constructed to bring a professional and cohesive look to their dual-use office and training facility.
